Export to d3? #38

Still seems like it could be a killer feature. Would be easier if I knew someone who actually did d3. Looks like ggvis might be a better target

One option is d3Network (via @rdinnager).

Getting branch lengths and unresolved clades in there will be a hassle though. Probably this would need to be a separate plotting interface to the R one.
