Request: Overall progress bar? #167

Obviously, most projects have targets with very different processing times, but an overall progress bar would still give some useful information, I think.

We should definitely provide something like this, but probably not in the short term.

Related: wlandau-lilly/drake#52. You could probably use past build times to fine tune the progress bar in subsequent builds.
