CharacterCard and CharacterManager #7

CharacterCard fully tested. In CharacterManager we need to

replace the Actions for each CharacterCard
implement the Action decore/undecore/run (also managing cardInUse)

Reopened: there are commit already present in Main because "actionSetUp" was created before those commits (and "characterCard" was created after those commits). It's okay to merge these branches.
