The weather example needs to be updated (APPID=xxx) is required for API calls now #43

Your one weather example (https://github.com/richie5um/TextBar-Recipes#weather) does not show that an API key is required in order for calls against to API to succeed.

I'll update the text to include the need to get an API key.
