Team's Response

We do not believe that it is needed as it is a pretty common term, especially for our users who are using this under a club management scenario.

Reason for disagreement: I believe you should not assume that the readers know what is EXCO and CCA and the other common abbreviations. National University of Singapore (NUS) has many international students who may not be familiar with what these terms mean and they may also still be serving as the executive committee of their respective co-curricular activities, which falls under your target audience.

The User Guide should at least include a glossary or write the full phrase at least once with the abbreviation beside it e.g. executive committee (EXCO). This would help solidify the reader's understanding of the abbreviation. I do not seem to be able to find this in the User Guide or Developer Guide.

This is a bug as seen in the textbook as it is using terms that the reader might not know.
