So that happened when I tried to get rid of the "lines starting with # in an ini file is deprecated" error by putting C-style comments in it instead. I took them out when it did that, but they got loaded into the config table of any install that pulled the code before I fixed that mistake. If can just delete those rows from your config table or just reinstall and they should go away.
Cool, I'll just close this unless it comes up again.
Config admin screen is showing some config settings that look like they have been commented out or something.
