(SPR2) Base Ubuntu Image #19

I have to make a base Ubuntu image for us to deploy our targets on via Ansible.

Had to use Ubuntu 20 instead of Ubuntu because the latter does not currently have compatible PHP packages prior to PHP 8. This causes issues with our vulnerabilities from last semester as the syntax changed for PHP in these new PHP versions causing the vulnerable web apps to fail/not work properly.

Base Ubuntu image is complete and was sent over to Devin. Will reopen this card if there are any issues with it that need to be handled.

Just updated the base image to have more packages for Mike's vulnerable box. The base image should be good to go now, leaving this closed.
