Update Documentation for Servers that are being redeployed

Made sure documentation for nan-curunir was good and polished on both mine and Devin's GitHub repos. Leaving this open for PrancingPony's documentation when I go over that.

I will probably have to convert Mohammed's Google Doc Documentation for Misty Mountains into a GitHub Documentation page on Devin's wiki.

Still need to update Devin's Github with Mohammed's documentation for Misty Mountain, also still need to polish up Prancing Pony's documentation if necessary.

Updated documentation for prancingpony to get rid of any errors in it and make it overall less confusing.

Documentation that was needed to be redone/polished is good to go. Closing this for now.
