Default channels? #39

If there is only one channel on a Groundstation instance, it would be nice if airshipd defaulted to it rather than requiring users to click on the Channels drop-down and pick the only channel the node knows about. It would make the learning curve less steep and the UI more intuitive.

Implementing this now, just trying to see if there's a less awful way to do it with backbone.

Default channels works.

I had to update libgit2 to v0.19 and rebuild the Python sandbox but it works.
