Support board without GPS #134

I trying add support for my Olab boards where I do not have GPS, so it will fail to start, this add build option to disable GPS if board does not have it.

Why not, then we should add 'has no gps' to build tags for those two boards.

But it makes sence.

added manually with another fix to prepare for new boards (yours and maybe more) ;)
