New tables and config simplification #63

-Added a new table (ESP32_BV5DJ_1W_LoRa_GPS) -Add doc folder and files, schematic, Gerber, BOM list, etc. -re-designed the platform.ini file -properties (e.g. HAS_SX1262) moved to build_flags -Config.notifications.PIN can be set to -1 if not in use (to avoid possible GPIO configuration conflict)
