Feat: Support for ASR6502 boards #64

Hey Ricardo, how about adding support for these tiny boards? image I know that it's different chipset than ESP32, but @dj1an already managed to port the original Tracker firmware to ASR6502 in this repo. We're already using these boars, as they are much smaller than i.e. T-Beam and they're able to deep sleep for ages. Here's a (Google translated from SK) tutorial on how we do a pocket LoRa APRS tracker. What do you think? I could provide some help with porting.
