Add support for PAT #138

Hello,

thanks for the amazing work as always. I have been trying to use the TNC / KISS with PAT but it simply does not connect. Is there a way to easily add support for PAT directly or maybe indirectly that can also be documented.

I use PAT on the PC !

I've sended a few mails with no answer as I dont know the exact way to add this .

do you know by chance it this is TNC2 or kiss encapsulated or ax.25 formated packets?
