Added filter to skip (*nix) hidden directories #9

Thanks, makes sense, merged now. But, what was the problem/use case here? I see I have a few hidden dirs in my photos directory (didn't know this), but none have jpg/avis in them so they just get ignored anyway.

Hey Richard,

I use BTSync to synchronize my photo collection between computers and like to use folders2flickr to sync them with Flickr. A really practical setup. The down side, however, is that BTSync will use some hidden directories in which it keeps shadow copies/old copies of pictures. I don't want those to be uploaded.

By the way: I just noticed the F2F has the tendency to create sets from a single directory multiple times. Every 21 photos rather than updating an existing set to add the new photos, it will create a whole new one. Any ideas as to the cause?

It doesn't create a new tag, it updates an existing one. At least that's the theory (and it works for me at least).

Otherwise it was uploading a million photos, without tags, the internet connection was lost on the penultimate (say) and all those tag associations were lost too. Now every 21 photos it updates tags, so at most you lose the information for 20 tagged photos, no more.

It so appears it works fine for a while and then after a while it suddenly starts not to recognize previously created sets anymore and make a new one every 21 photos. After restarting the script, everything is back to normal again. Not quite sure what causes it.

I've added a new issue for the set problem, since it'd get buried here otherwise. Feel free to add any more info to help debug the problem (e.g. number of photos in a set, etc) - I'll double check my uploaded sets too to see if it's happened to me. I might just have missed it.

Hey Richq, thanks for that! Quite a novice GitHub user I am. Issues should live in an issues database, of course! Thanks again. Will try to find out some more. I have a vague feeling it may have something to do with diacritics in the set's title.
