is it possible to program the lego nxt robot to move in a square motion forming 
a square based on odometry theory?

Yes.

I have already answered you via email. Please stop asking unless you have a new 
question. Furthermore, I don't think "odometry theory" is even a thing. This is 
not a bug. If you must get a second opinion on this, we have a mailing list 
linked on the main page.
