Desktop file incorrect #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install nxt-python from trunk
2. Look for the nxt-filer desktop file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see it in some application category in the menu.  I see it instead 
in lost+found.

What version of nxt-python are you using? On what operating system?

2.2.2 on Debian Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.

The last line of the desktop file I provided (see r 391) is incorrect.  It's 
missing a major category.  Instead of:

Categories=Application;FileTools;Electronics;

it should be:

Categories=Application;Utility;FileTools;Electronics;

Actually, that's wrong too.  The category Application is deprecated.  It should 
be:

Categories=Utility;FileTools;Electronics;
