Add version number to packagist #51

The composer package on Packagist is still marked with version "dev-master" (https://packagist.org/packages/richsage/rms-push-notifications-bundle). When using a code analyzation tool like the one from SensioLabs it's tagged as "Version of dependencies should be fixed" because there is no version number set yet.

I'll add a low-ish tag. I'm not comfortable with a 1.0.0 release yet - there's still a lot of work to be done really before I'd consider that. But I'll go with a 0.x one for now :-)

There was already a 0.1.0 release tagged from a couple of months ago (and showing on Packagist fine?), but I've just tagged 0.1.1 as well.

I thought the dev-master was the latest version. Is 0.1.1 on the same stage as the current dev-master?

0.1.1 is now the same as dev-master, yes :-)
