In China, Google Play Store, Google Play Services and Google Cloud Messaging are not available. Baidu Cloud Push (http://developer.baidu.com/wiki/index.php?title=docs/cplat/push/api) would be used instead. It is also supported by Amazon SNS (http://aws.amazon.com/sns/).
