Convert to template repository? #19

Now that GitHub has template repositories, I wonder if it would make sense to create and maintain one for the community under https://github.com/ietf/. Do you think what you have provided here could be the basis of something like that?

I think making a template is a cool idea. I'm not sure if these scripts -- which really don't do all common workflows, aren't porable, and aren't neatly python-packaged -- are the way to do. Martin's stuff is key, and your docker image also. I think longer-term this should get finished (yeah, passive voice) and perhaps end up in your docker image?

But maybe I don't understand what you're thinking of.
