No sketch drawing line thickness setting #131

There seems to be no setting currently that changes the sketch drawing line thickness. I find the current sketch drawing line to be OK on all the devices I have, but this may not always be the case. A new setting for sketch drawing line thicknesses could be considered. Related to #130
