Configurable symbols #200

Like the tap&drag method of orienting symbols. Sand and clay fill symbols too big relative to all the others. Will eventually need a settings section for individual symbols/symbol buttons. Possible settings for each symbol: -symbol size -order of symbol in menu [fixed by user selection or dynamic based on usage] -visibility of symbol in menu [I think I'd only ever use 10 symbols, less common types better to sketch if needed than to permanently clutter UI or drill down to find each time]

No plans to change size of individual symbols. Probably not worth the UI complexity. Eventual plans for area fills for sand / mud.

Could make the symbols order up by last use, but it's a short list to swipe through!

Thanks, pleased with how this works. Quite satisfying to draw out gradients and water flows quickly.
