Attaching to mod_perl #115

It is possible to use this module plus the VSCode extension to debug/act as language server for code running under mod_perl? I can get a CLI debugger using Apache::DB but this would be a much better debugging solution.

This is a duplicate to #126 and #129. Please have a look there

Basically the solution is the same for mod_perl, as for a normal cgi script. See my comment in #129. I'm closing this as duplicate.
