add config option sudoUser #165

I need to debug programs, that run as another user. To support this I added an option "sudoUser" which is optional.

Somehow all my changes for different pull requests got now into this. I'm sorry. How can we resolve?

github got confused since I created a fork with the first PR and than created more PRs
