perlInc option should be used #54

the perlInc option didn't seem to be used by the extension, so I fixed that. Not criticizing the coding style, but it could definitely be improved

Your pull request converts all spaces to tabs, so it's not acceptable in that form. Anyway I integrated your idea in b463dc87b6de7b248f96dd2ed29ecb5af3106ff9
