bug fix #1: when get access token by refresh token,it return error code 400,message grant_type error bug fix #2 error request,for header errro

I'm not experiencing the bugs you're describing. Can you provide steps to reproduce the error please - preferably by opening an issue as that makes managing bugs easier.
