Burmese will never match #9

Burmese is listed as "Burmese" in SINGLETONS, but as "Myanmar" in unicodeBlockTests.

Fix: In unicodeBlockTests, instead of using "Myanmar" as the property, use "Burmese".

EDIT: Add fix.
