Drained liquid from ferment
Placed in jar, put in refrigerator
Drained lacto-fermented pomegranate seeds
Flat freezing one batch
Flat dehydrating one batch
Pureed some seeds in food processor (picture not preset, evidently)
Then tried with yogurt and honey. Pretty dope.
Attempting to follow the advice of The Noma Guide to Fermentation, deciding to lacto-ferment pomegranate seeds.
I got off to an auspicious start.

I should've bought them last week, evidently. Turns out there were enough sequestered on the property to make a decent batch of ferment.
Processing
This ended up producing ~770g of pomegranate seeds
Damn, that's a lot of salt.
