r1745 breaks in xcode #371

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run test/prune_targets/gyptest-prune-targets.py on xcode
2. line 17 fails (cannot find lib1 in xcode project)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should build lib1 without any problem
