xcode_emulation doesn't pass stdlib= to ld #425

When CLANG_CXX_LIBRARY is set, GetCflagsCC() adds -stdlib= to the compiler 
flags, but not to the linker flags, which inevitably causes unresolved symbol 
errors at link time.

Need to patch GetLdflags() to also pass -stdlib=.
