Multiple physics rectangles per frame #19

This is really a placeholder for further discussion. I'm not 100% convinced any more that we will need many rectangles for colliding. Let's chat and maybe close this one out.

I think the last argument for multiple rectangles was for the capability of a-symmetric giant bosses later; an object shaped like an L requires more than one rectangle per frame
