Decorative particle engine, important for feel

[x] Animations on particles

Claiming this for now. Trying something out, will run it by you once I get a proof of concept.

blood emitter is working, but very basic.

[x] fire emitter (spread along x axis, emit periodically, particles fade alpha, particles have color range, particles wave back and forth)
[x] better blood: tween function to make is sink a little at the end, like falling to the ground.

closing this because the system is in place and the particles animate in interesting ways. Will be writing new emitters throughout the life of the project, but that doesn't mean this is "unfinished".
