App_Plugins folder not copied #11

Files are not being copied from the nupkg. Reason being the targets file inside buildTransitive folder of the nupkg isn't being consumed due to naming mismatch.

Thank you for raising @kows, this has been fixed in v1.1.1 (just released to NuGet!)
