Create some missing directories, make building binutils and gcc more fool proof, add gcc 4 to requirements.
This should fix some of the issues mentioned in https://github.com/rickgaiser/linux-dev/issues/1
I'm unable to test this as I'm no longer actively working on this. All I can do is a quick review of the changes and pull the changes. Looks good to me :+1: .
