I know u said that you dont wanted PRs for now. but this is just CI.

I've made local conflicting changes to the makefiles so they use the standard ps2sdk toolchain, and don't create the .txt files (removed them from git also). But I'm still using a local makefile system, instead of the 'samples' makefiles that ps2sdk installs.

I'll use your CI as the basis with perhaps some changes, but I can't pull this pr directly if you don't mind. Please just leave it open for the time being. Thank you for the effort.

After many pushes and force pushes I got a simple CI working the way I like. Thank you for the example.
