Show encouraging info about practice streaks, creating a practice plan every day, completing at least one item from a plan every day, practicing a piece every day, etc.

complex query because of timezones. would probably need to get the last ~seven days of plans that are a certain amount completed, then check that they are spaced out appropriately.
