Export makeHash, loadCacheData and saveCacheData #74

Hi Rick,

I wonder if the functions makeHash, loadCacheData and saveCacheData can be exported. That would allow integration of the cache workflow from patRoon in other functionalities/packages. I added possible roxygen headers.
