This pull requests makes the following changes:

Make the library work on Arduino (AVR)
Remove unused variables
Add SDS011 Sleep and Wakeup functions

Regarding this pull request, where did you get the information to compose the sleep command byte buffer? Is there a reference somewhere to the control interface protocol for this sensor? I looked up the datasheet, but there is no serial command reference (byte buffer structure) in there. Are there any resources to this sensor that I've missed? Thanks!
