"Renumber..." and "renumber all" #92

It is difficult to recognize the difference between possibilities "renumber 
all" and "renumber", if someone works in the editor for a longer time, it is 
very easy to do some mistake, because it is easy to confuse "renumber all" and 
"renumber". There should be some control question, for example: "are you sure 
you want to renumber all pages?"
