Release notes does not contain SmartClient version #369

SmartGWT and SmartClient does not have the same version numbers. For example:
- SmartGWT 1.2 is distributed with SmartClient Version: 7.2b (built 2009-08-08)
- SmartGWT 1.3 is distributed with SmartClient Version: 7.0RC3 (built
2009-09-24)

IMHO it will be useful and time save to include information about used
SmartClient version in SmartGWT release notes.

Always refer to the build date of SmartClient and as you can see SmartGWT 1.3 
uses a more recent build. There 
are no plans to include additional details of SmartClient in SmartGWT.
