Changes to calendar widget #390

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to modify the time column for the
calendar widget. For example it's now in 30 minutes blocks can I adjust it
to 15 minute blocks. Also can I add a column (to the day tab) to the
calendar to make it show multiple schedules. Example would be to make it
look like the week tab but instead of showing the days of the week show
someone's name. Thanks in advance.
