i18n - Dutch translation #392

Hereby the Dutch translation file for SmartGWT 2.0
Please let me know when this translation will be added to the distribution.

Besides that I'm wondering how changes in the i18n part of SmartGWT will be
handled? For example when a new message is added or a existing message is
changed?

Damned, I just did the same translation and then found out about this issue...
could have saved me some work :-)

Just to say that I too hope this will soon be a part of the default SmartGWT 
package.

In the dutch translation we send tree days ago we had made an error (swapped the
translation for ascending and descending) 
Hereby the fixed Dutch translation file for SmartGWT 2.0
