Missing images in SilverWave skin (SmartGWT-2.0) #393

We are using SmartGWT-2.0 with the SilverWave skin and we think these
images are missing:

SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_menu.png
SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_menu_Over.png
SilverWave/images/Scrollbar/vthumb_Over_end.png
SilverWave/images/Scrollbar/vthumb_Over_start.png
SilverWave/images/Scrollbar/vthumb_Over_stretch.png
SilverWave/images/ListGrid/group_closed.png
SilverWave/images/ListGrid/group_opened.png

We've checked the smartgwt-skins-2.0.jar and they are not present.

Also, a red X is displayed in IE when showing a disabled text field. The 
missing 
resource is .../sc/skins/standard/images/blank.gif

dmdabbs, looks like you're loading multiple skins. Read the FAQ on the SmartGWT 
forum.

Problem solved!
For this project we developed and included 2 modules who where using the 
Enterpise
skin so we have indeed mixed up multiple skins.
