Datasource Foreign Key via DynamicForm with SelectItem only one column shows instead of multiple on Editor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a DynamicForm using a Datasource with Foreign Keys

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
More than one column when editing on a column with a DS Editor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GWT 2.0
SmartGWT 2.0
Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Using a DynamicForm with the same datasource as the list grid. And on the
DynamicForm only the FK value is displayed in the combo box.

Issue was brought up in this issue, however no response:

Will this be fixed?  The same test case in #281 can be applied by adding a
DynamicForm and using the same DataSource as the ListGrid is using.

However I can supply a new one if needed, with this change.
