Use cases in DeveloperGuide is incomplete #8

The current DeverloperGuide only has use cases documented for only 3 commands: delete, add and find.

However, in the UserGuide, it can be seen there are many more commands such as ctag, export and import (to name a few).

The DeveloperGuide should also provide a use case coverage for these commands.

Expected Behaviour

Use cases should cover most or if not all the commands.

Actual Behaviour

The DeveloperGuide currently only covers 3 commands: delete, add and find.
