Check demo works on older Ubuntu #24

Aki says Japan will give us a Ubuntu 10.04 VM, and it seems like Emulab is offering 12.04 VMs. We need to make sure the demo workers run on these older versions of Ubuntu.

Done. Changed the fabfile a little.
