Switch Cloudboard to mysql #5

We are regularly having problems in deployment because of sqlite. It would be better for our demo server to be running mysql.

The process to switch is

What kind of problems are you having with sqlite?

When git updates, and when we install the code places, the default attributes cause the sqlite database to fail writes (and log it rather unnoticeably). We might be able to fix it by having a git hook, or git attribute to make sure its correct, or a update-install script? Or just use mysql.
