Clicking a separator menu item no longer closes the menu, which is how it should normally be (but... WinForms moment).
Holding shift while clicking an item in the Draw Mode menu will keep the menu open, making it easier to change multiple Draw Modes. This is a hacky solution, but it shouldn't cause problems for the average unaware user.
Reset and Reload settings menu items now ask for confirmation.
Changed how shift key and control key checks are done, apparently using KeyDown/Up events is not a proper solution (since events are swallowed when clicking a MenuStrip). The correct way to check this is using the Form's ModifierKeys property. To simplify this, IsShiftDown and IsControlDown properties have been added as shorthands for checking each of those flags.
Scene.Resize now avoids performing a resize if the size hasn't changed.
Fixed textures ImageListView not using same fixed single border as every other tab.
Added const int values for each TabIndex.
Removed the funky blurry drop-shadow for the texture previewer. This can be restored if needed by uncommenting a single line in texturesListView_SelectedIndexChanged.
The following should really go into a new View menu, but adding one just for these two items seems like overkill for now...
Added File > Fast Window Resize menu item (default: off). When enabled, window layout will not update until the resize is finished, making it much faster, but uglier. This has been added to the settings file.
Added File > Show Side Bar menu item (default: on). When disabled, the split container side panels (to the left) will be collapsed. The shortcut to toggle this is Ctrl+B, which is also used in Visual Studio Code to do the same thing. Unlike the above, this has not been added to the settings file, as the keeping this open should always be the default behavior when opening the program (because otherwise you can't really do anything without the ability to select). Because this is not a proper setting, the menu item actually should be checked by default, since the value isn't set anywhere else.
In the future, maybe a menu item to hide the scene controls bar can also be added.
