No data found in PS1 BIOS System ROM Version 4.1 #30

This BIOS was used by the SCPH-7xxx consoles, and possibly more. No textures or anything of that sort are found. I'm not too versed on the internal workings of the BIOSes so I'm not sure why this is.

@ToruTheRedFox The PS1 BIOS i scanned had some textures and 1 model in these bios SCPH-1000, SCPH-3000, SCPH-3500.

actually a few empty models are found but that's it

I know but the textures seem to have changed in that particular version and would like to make sure

System ROM Version 4.3 (PSOne SCPH-100) also doesn't work
