Characters/NPCs listed multiple times in USCORES.ANS file #13

This seems to happen randomly with no obvious cause.

During the course of a game, either Llwellyn or De Mandeville will appear multiple times in the player listing.

This attachment was taken from my local installation (.24 on Windows) in which it just today occurred. Also of note with this particular instance, the one player character currently playing the game is NOT listed.
