This should make ANSI sequence to change code page work again #15

I haven't tested this because I can't figure out how to build the whole thing yet, but code looks right.

I've managed to build fTelnet client from sources and can confirm that this change indeed fixes CSI p1 ; p2 ; p3 Q sequence handling.

Thanks for the update. And glad to hear you got the build working. I'm in the process of moving things to a new PC, so will need to refresh my memory on the process too! Maybe I'll document the steps to make it easier for others in the future this time.
